The BC Office of the Ombudsperson was in need of a brand-new website (WordPress CMS) that is in-line with modern web development technologies and design to replace its ageing old site. As a result of complications with the existing contractor that the office worked with, the project-in-progress was reassigned to KIMBO with a short turnaround time.
KIMBO was brought on for our fast-tracked provision of creative services, where we audited the in-progress work by the previous contractor, identified any carried over bugs and fixes, refined and finalized the website design, and completed programming for the website in less than a week.
As the Office serves the general population of BC, the website also features an accessible design to ensure that anyone can access the Office’s services and information easily. A members’ portal accessible by login credentials was included for resources not available to the public.

Working within the constraints of the Office’s brand guidelines and existing web design concepts, the KIMBO team produced a visually appealing website that is responsive for mobile.
