Ministry of Agriculture of British Columbia

Project Overview

This project aimed to enroll seafood and agriculture businesses along the value chain in the Ministry of Agriculture’s (MOA) traceability program. KIMBO Design’s role was to help communicate the program to the market by creating a brand, marketing collateral and program messaging. Both print and digital marketing were appropriate for this audience.

What We Delivered:

  • Document Design & Layout
  • Photo Editing
  • Typesetting

  • Graphic Design
  • Copywriting, Editing, & Proofing
  • Vendors outreach & information gathering

The Challenge

Previously, the application process was articulated in a way that looked complex. KIMBO’s task was to simplify the information.

The Strategy

Our strategy was to distill information so it was straightforward to understand, very brief and to the point, and we used icons to help non-English readers understand and engage.

Results

Getting this program to BC seafood and agriculture businesses helps them advance the processes and creates innovation, helping put BC on the map for leads in seafood and agriculture. Eye-catching, easy-to-read materials help the outreach campaign, which is still strong today.

Let's create something incredible together!
